Hour One:
American Council for Capital Formation's Senior Vice President and Chief Economist Dr. Margo Thorning came on to talk about the impending impact of the Waxman-Markey / Boxer-
LurchKerry "Energy Industry Tax and Government Control" (aka, Cap and Trade) bills may have on NH's citizens. Folks, it isn't looking pretty and it isn't going to be good - not only is Government determining what your lightbulb has to be but how much electricity you can use and how much it is going to cost.Free markets? Not a chance with these Progressives! Part 1 Part 2
Grant Bosse returns with his wit, wisdom, and insights on this week's elections, the Manchester Tax Cap victory, and other NH stuff! how the Democrats in Concord are making it harder for small businesses to survive and thrive by increasing regulations, the biz's costs to comply, and all the taxes required by all levels of government (especially the State). Part 1 Part 2
Hour Two:
Bob Giuda, vying to be the Republican candidate for NH's Second Congressional District, comes on the first time. We've heard Bob before (Concord TEA Party on June 24 [here, here, and here] and at several TEA Party meetings in our local area) and he never disappointed - A Conservative Constitutionalist, he is not afraid to identify himself at the conservative end of the political spectrum a la Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC). Espousing themes familiar to all TEA Party attendees, he also has the intellectual and historical horsepower to back it up. Throw in the Deputy Majority Leader in the NH House, he's got the political angle covered as well. Part 1 Part 2
Skip and Doug replay Mark Levin's speech at this week's TEA Party initiated by Michelle Bachmann (R-MN) to anywhere from 10,000 to 40,000 TEA Partiers upset by out of control Federal spending and the encroachment of the Government into the free markets and our private lives. And Democrats / Progressives think that adhering to the principles of limited government and self-responsibility are "fringe"?
No sir! The problem is their denial that their thinking is mainstream Socialism / Marxism. Go head, compare the policies of the Dems vs the USA Communists Party Part 1
