Couple of other NH blogs - what's going on
Jeff Chidester over at A Rendevous with Destiny:
New Hampshire has received roughly 22 million dollars in Federal Stimulus Funds, and only created 221 new jobs (22 million divided by 221 jobs = political farce!). And what is the Democratic response….we need more stimulus spending!
Also, Grant over at NHWatchdog is doing a TREMENDOUS job of live blogging the Democrat coverup of putting in a broadbased tax economic summit in Concord. Start at the link and work your way up the posts - thorough is a word that doesn't even come close as to what he is doing!
My takeaway?
- I think Susan Almy wanted to use this as a cover to institute a broadbased tax (sales, income, or VAT) here in NH
- The overall message of those testifying yesterday from a quick read (less than studying, more then glancing) is:
You got a good thing going here in NH - don't screw it up.
