This video is an overview of the Saturday town hall style meeting held by NH District 1 Representative Carol Shea Porter in Portsmouth, NH. It shows the long line of people waiting outside in the wind-driven rain for a chance at one of the 150 seats available in the Federal building hosting the event. After standing in the rain, and going through security quite similar to an airport-- including metal detectors and an x-ray machine, people were allowed to ask questions... provided they won the "lottery"
