Duplex printed (from those of you that are from Rio Linda or work for the SEIU – that means printed on both sides!).  No wonder Rep John Conyers (D-MI) said he’s need two lawyers to explain it to him!  And our elected politicians wanted to pass this thing in three weeks?  That is a mark of desperation – knowing that once people figured it out
