McCain ran on honor…

With all of the excoriation going on about Sarah Palin, where’s McCain?  He was responsible for his men under his command while in the Navy – why is he not responsible now when it comes to his staff for what just HAS to be just made up stuff (oh sure, she refused to stand on stage with Jeb Bradley – my NH congressman running for the Senate).

Are the slimers that clueless that:

  • Jeb Bradley (very unfortunately) is a former congressman
  • Jeb was not running for the Senate

And no, I don’t accept cluelessness as an excuse – this was pure unadulterated slime.

My problem in this whole thing, where is the John McCain that was so instantly willing to rip any Republican at any of his events that dared call out Obama by any means at all?

One would have thought that the honorable thing would have been to come out and defend the running mate that had his 6.

(and I apologize if I have missed seeing him doing so…)
