"I am Sarah Palin"

Our buddy John Hawkins at RightWingNews has assembled a stellar cast of female bloggers for an inspirational video based on the path being blazed by Sarah Palin-- a proud CONSERVATIVE woman. My own wife is a hockey mom, co-business owner/operator, AND chief cook and bottle washer, without whom I'd be nothing (and I mean that sincerely). How she manages, all the while saving time for God, is at times indescribable. Oh, and yes, she too, like Sarah, Michelle, Pam Gellar and the others, is a proud CONSERVATIVE woman. Yes indeed,

my own dear wife is Sarah Palin

I have followed politics for many years, and I have not witnessed such excitement as what I am seeing right now. What's really cool is that for many of those so thrilled, the best part is Mrs. Palin's unabashed and unapologized-for conservatism. Coupled with an ability, like hockey moms across America, to GET THE JOB DONE. There is no other option. Just ask my wife. She'll tell you...

Don't be fooled by Palin.

ANCHORAGE, Sept. 8 -- Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has billed taxpayers for 312 nights spent in her own home during her first 19 months in office, charging a "per diem" allowance intended to cover meals and incidental expenses while traveling on state business.

That's from the Washington Post.
