With the filing period for elective office here in the Granite State now closed, it’s official: State Senator Joe Kenney will be the Republican sent forth to hopefully replace our present Democrat Governor Do-Nothing Lynch. Says Joe,
"Let there be no doubt– we are being backed into a sales or income tax by Governor John Lynch’s spending. Every time you see historic spending in government, someone’s got to pay for it."
On his Democrat colleagues in the state legislature:
"They want an income tax. There’s no doubt about it."
Here’s a video shot at the unveiling of the New Hampshire Advantage Coalition’s new spending cap pledge. Senator Kenney is delivering a message that can’t be stressed enough: We must control state spending. We have to, in Joe’s words, "keep New Hampshire New Hampshire…"
