Guess what costs more than the Iraq war?

The Defeatists first said "we're losing the war"! Then it was "we need change!" Then it was "there's no reconciliation and meeting of the benchmarks!". NONE of those are claims were or are true. So, try another tact: it's too expensive! Given that the Twin Tower attack cost our economy well towards $2 trillion dollars in lost economic output, even at the billion dollar level to keep attacks there instead of here, it works.
However, while the Liberals want to shut down the war and basically do a post-Vietnam dismantling of the military again, they refuse to acknowledge another huge sink of money that is just as expensive, possibly just as dangerous, and certainly more immediate than AQ in Iraq. Thanks to loyal reader Karen, here are some of the costs to the taxpayer of illegal immigration.
The Libs are just great - they always say "if we didn't have to support the military, look what else we spend this money on!". My response to the money that we spend on people that have broken our laws and that should not be here is "look how much money taxpayers could spend on their own families instead!"

Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroin and marijuana, crossed into the U. S from the Southern border. Homeland Security Report.
12. The National Policy Institute, "estimated that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period."
