The one man in America that can stop Hillary?

Hillary Clinton
Heil Hillary?
.
There are a great many of us, from both political parties I'd imagine, that greatly fear the coming Hillary Clinton administration with all of the baggage that will undoubtedly accompany it. While I believe that perhaps someone like Rudy Giuliani or John McCain might have an outside chance at knocking her off in the general election, conventional wisdom holds that victory by the Democratic nominee is all but assured. Strategic, "big picture" type thinkers within the Republican Party like Newt Gingrich and others like Dick Morris have pretty much said the same thing-- the odds favor a Democratic presidential win next November. Today's Reno-Gazette Journal reports on the latest thoughts from another long-time Republican leader:
The political horizon for conservatives is bleak and will get worse before it gets better, former House Majority Leader Dick Armey said Thursday.
.
In an interview with the Reno Gazette-Journal, Armey predicted U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton will win the presidency next year, saying no Republican candidate is strong enough to beat her.
.
"The Democrats will win," Armey said. "I don't see any way that Hillary Clinton won't be president.
Makes you sorta ill, doesn't it? The thought of socialized medicine, arms sales to Chinese communists and other would-be enemies, fundraising scandals, mysterious deaths, staff firings, Waco-type "law enforcement" exercises, Sandy Burger/Janet Reno characters running things, bimbo eruptions, and BILL CLINTON traipsing the world  as some un-elected "co-president" is enough to make a person want to pack up and head for the hills now, in the hopes to be well hidden away come January 2009.
.
Yes indeed. Given the polls and the continued mainstream media's vendetta against all things Republican in concert with a blackout of all negative news about Hillary (i.e. the Hsu fundraising scandal), it appears that there is little that can be done to stop the Clinton machine from taking power. Or is there? Could it be that there is a saviour waiting to swoop in on his white horse and save us from the clutches of Hillary Rodham Clinton?
.
Al Gore
.
With the news of the "crowning" with AlGore with the Nobel Peace Prize following his popular movie promoting the number one cause du jour, "manmade" global warming, might Algore, should he choose to jump into the presidential fray, be the one man in America that can save us from the ravages of a second Clinton Administration? Could uneasy Democrats, fearing a rerun of the baggage that will undoubtedly accompany Hill & Bill's return, jump into the welcoming arms of Al Gore? As I've noted in several previous postings, I think he would be a formidable candidate. He retains nearly all the votes he got in 2000, with nowhere to go from there but up.
.
Yikes! Algore or Hillary? It's a Faustian choice at best. C'mon Republicans. Let's roll!

The Republican Party leadership has given no sufficient reason, based in relevant fact and truth, as to why anyone should vote FOR a Republican for president. All they give is lip service for why people should vote AGAINST Hillary (not Rodham) Clinton. The time has come for the Republican Party leadership to step up and lead or get out of the way. Thank you for your time.
Is it really necessary to put "Heil Hillary" under Senator Clinton's picture? We are in the final months of primary season and that's the best you can do? Pick a candidate and work like hell for him or her. That's what the people who end up making a difference do. On second thought waste all of your time posting this crap.
Oooh, sorry. Chaz-- me bad! I guess it's that mental association I just can't help when I think of people that promote national socialism... which, to use your word, "crap." Besides, I'm celebrating multiculturalism, and was thinkin' German when I did this. :-)
Besides, what are you worried about? Your gal's gonna win, anyway. Chill out, man!
Doug My comment has little to do with Hillary Clinton and everything to do with your horrible choice of words. Whether she wins or not is irrelevent. I know that people use barbed language during elections, but you are way over the line. No excuse.
Lighten up, "Francis"! Besides, if you watch the rising and falling creshendos of a Hillary speech, you know, starting out...very...quiet...and. then. building..and RISING ANDTHENSUDDENLYERUPTINGINAFEVEREDPITCHWITHARMSFLAILING, and compare it to, you know, old films, you might see the connection. The same style, that is... Heh! All right-- if you want another reason Hillary frightens me, let me throw this at ya--- SANDY BERGER OHHHHHH NOOOOO!!!!!
Doug You are delusional. I've seen a lot of speeches but no one in either party gives speeches like you discribe. Didn't take long to figure that out. You also re write History. The National Socialist were right wing fascists at a time when the great divide in European Politics was between the right ( National Socialists) and communists of all stripes. It was the Nazis who went after all the folks you go after too. You know, intellectuals, gays the disabled and Jews pinkos and socialists. Children of the sixties weren't around then, but I'm sure they would have been persecuted by the Nazis too. I understand you aren't too fond of hippies. So read you history. And who in Hell is Francis? If you are addressing me use my name.
I don't "go after" anybody. Not the Jews or pinkos or disabled, etc. "Lighten up Francis" is the phrase used by Sgt Hulka in the movie Stripes to tell Francis Sawyer to lighten up and calm down. You know, chill, man. As far as political speeches-- I watched your gal in Manchester--Have it all on film, actually. If you watch her style, she speaks quietly, then builds up to a fiery creshendo, working the crowd into a frenzy... then gets quiet and repeats it over again, almost like a sine wave. It is quite similar in style to the other politician I was alluding to. I have an interesting video with speech footage of him. He works the emotions of the crowd like a musician playing a stradavarius-- just like your gal. That is my point. Not that she will burn Jews or hippies or anybody else-- just that the connection with the mass of her supporters (not wonks like you)is built upon rhetoric and emotion. I will note this-- Krauthammer had an interesting column today that presented a take on Hillary that is worth contemplating and exploring. That being said, I will work as hard as I can to see to it that we never have to test his observations...
Doug Good grief. Let me educate you on a few things. I'm a musician. I use dynamics. That means some things are played softly some build in volume. This creates a tension. In music its part of tension and release, just like human emotions. But for heavens sake I'm not the first to do this. It's just one of the ingredients that all good music has. It adds an emotional dimension. Read the score on any classical piece if you doubt me. The same principle applies to public speaking. This is generic stuff. It is not a case as you conclude where Adolph Hitler and Hillary Clinton have anything in common. The world is a lot bigger than your limited imagination Doug. Its depressing to think that anyone reads this type of reasoning and falls for it.
Do you really want to "get it on" over this? I can draw many historical and factual similarities, if you'd like. The point I made is that the connection is mainly EMOTIONAL. But the desired effect is the same. The National Socialists relied heavily on propaganda created in response to opinion polling. They also promised many things to the "volk", including a car, if you care to check. Anyway,my aim is not to see you get as depressed as I do over the prospect of a Hillary administration. I'm gonna reread Krauthammer again. And dig out some books from my personal library about a couple of things...
Doug You continue to spout nonsense. You make the most obvious logical blunders and then expect me to get into a skunk fight with you? I'll try againt to make it very clear. 1. All orators use certain generic techniques. 2 From Daniel Webster to Hitler to Billy Graham. They all use volume and tension and release. 3. Drawing a corallation between Hitler and Hillary based on generic oratory technique is illogica. Conclusion: You Doug are illogical. about time someone called you on it.
Doug I prize accuracy too. You say that Nazi propaganda was based on polling. It was not. Goerbells and Hitler though alike. It was built on their darkest resentment, fears and hatreds. They knew that Anit Semitism was there for the plucking it didn't take a poll to do that. And they knew that the treaty of Versaille, the depression and the failures of the German goverment meant that people were desperate. They didn't need a poll to know any of this.
One persons logic is another persons illogical...just like one persons junk is another persons treasure! Unfortunately, many people need to learn not to be moved by people's emotions, especially their own...emotions are not right or wrong and very subject to change! Hillary prays on people's emotions and I'm scared as hell that she'll get elected. She will facilitate the further decline of morality and our personal freedoms in the USA. Personally, I think the "Heil Hillary" Doug used is theoretically right on target. Certainly vote for her if you want less of your own money and more government control over your own life.
