Parental Notification, NOT!

Nanny

An article in this morning's Union Leader, click here, makes a good case for why the government has absolutely, unequivacably gone way too far in robbing parents of yet another one of their rights to raise their own children.

I'm appalled to think that the State of NH keeps thinking, and most disturbingly, keeps acting like they're not only our children's grandparents, but they think they're our parents and we're such bumbling fools that we don't have a clue how to raise our own children especially on how to advise them and help them make one of the most important decisions they'll possibly ever be faced with in life regarding whether or not to have an abortion and its immediate and future repercussions.

While our children are all grown, I do have three granddaughters so far, and this new law could eventually affect them. Supposedly the law is unconstitutional as written. So instead of repealing parental notification, since you government officials are so darn smart, rewrite the law so it is constitutional and stop passing more and more laws and infringing on our freedoms.

I wrote this article awhile ago, click here, that gives other reasons to support parents being notified before their children are allowed to enter into such a drastic medical procedure. It's just common sense, but obviously those in control don't seem to have any not to mention contradictions seem to be the rule of law; i.e., here's what Gov. Lynch said in response to my letter:

"Governor Lynch believes that parents should be involved with such important decisions with their children..."

Gee, it doesn't appear so to me, but then I must be one of those bumbling parents who's too stupid to know what's best for my own kids I've spent 365/24/7 time raising? Where's my dunce cap...no, not for me you other idiot parents, I'd like to send it to the Governor to wear. The Gov. is on the road to get the Grok "Dope of the Week" award again this week along with all of the dems who supported this legislation.

What I'm most surprised about, although I guess I shouldn't be, is that any of us would even have to explain to this extremist, secular progressive government in NH, what our responsibilities are as parents and why its not any of their business how we raise our own children perhaps unless they're being abused.

Why don't all of you citizens of NH with minor children start sending your bills to Governor Lynch for him to pay the cost of supporting your children since he wants to make your decisions for you. Shouldn't he and the democrats in power start paying for what they want to control?

Apparently none of these law makers have any minor children of their own otherwise they would know why taking away parents rights is so wrong.

If people don't get off their lazy behinds and start complaining more by calling or writing those in power, it won't be long before we can all just click our heels, and I don't mean as in the Wizard of Oz....so start practicing your Heil Hitler salute because if we don't take back our government, we'll all need it!
