GraniteGrok Poll: Which Dem? [Bumped Up-Scroll down for new posts]

Dem Party symbol
.
.
With the Democratic wannabees set for the NH debate this evening, [last night] consider the question in the poll below. While it's a scary thought, there are many long-time observers who think that, barring any serious change in the current political atmosphere, the next President will be a Democrat...
.
If America is destined to have a Democrat in the White House in 2008,who would you prefer it be?
Joe Biden
Hillary Clinton
Chris Dodd
John Edwards
Mike Gravel
Al Gore
Mike Gravel
Dennis Kucinich
Barack Obama
Bill Richardson
Can't bear the thought; Will move to France...

You can comment on the poll page, or below in the comments section. We will have another poll on Tuesday, when the GOP wannabees take their turn debating here in the Granite State. [UPDATE: OOPS! No, I'm not a Mike Gravel shill-- I just made a mistake & listed him twice. He probably needs all the extra help he can get, anyway ;-) ]

Bill Richardson. He came out in the last couple days with some energy policy. Now, I don't believe the global warming hype at all but do believe we should get off of oil and focus on clean energy. I'd love it for the next president to focus on our energy policy. We haven't had one. We need one. My bottom line: We need to quit sending OPEC money. Let 'em pound sand. Or in Venezuela, let them watch HugoTV 24x7...
Good point. He was the energy secretary, as I recall, at one time. As a conservative Republican, I have always viewed Richardson as more of an old school kind of Dem, not quite so glommed on to the looney left of his party. Of course, given the state of the base, and the fact that it IS the moonbats that makes it up these days, he doesn't have a prayer, unless he gains populist, "man of the people" momentum.
Is this a trick question? Why is Mike Gravel (who is he?) listed twice in the poll? Are you trying to manipulate us like many of the dems currently in office?
OOPS! Sorry-- I typed Gravel in twice when I added AlGore...
