Welcoming Ed Mosca to the 'Grok...

GraniteGrok is extremely pleased to welcome noted NH attorney and commentator Ed Mosca to our team of regular contributors.

.
For those who might not know, Ed Mosca is an attorney in private practice, with offices in Manchester and Epsom. He regularly writes and speaks on important legal and policy issues, especially those involving constitutional law.  His articles have been published in all major New Hampshire publications and newspapers including the Union Leader, Concord Monitor, Foster's Daily Democrat, Keene Sentinel, The Citizen, Nashua Telegraph and New Hampshire Business Review.  He recently appeared on Fox News to discuss the 2008 primary and appeared on New Hampshire Public Radio, providing commentary about the 2006 elections.  Additionally, he is regularly interviewed on numerous local television and radio programs.
.
In 2002, he served as Chairman of the Manchester Republican Committee (NH).  He is a member of the Federalist Society and is a Director of the Granite State Taxpayers.
.
He successfully defended a challenge to Ralph Nader's name appearing on the 2004 presidential ballot before the state's Ballot Law Commission, and was on the prevailing side of litigation in the Supreme Court involving redistricting.  He also has been involved in the Claremont education funding case. He is the author of New Hampshire’s Claremont Case and the Separation of Powers, 4 Pierce L. Rev. 411 (2006).
.
Skip and I are confident that GraniteGrok readers will find his keen insight regarding judicial and other issues of the day, with a focus on the New Hampshire perspective, as informative and thought-provoking as we have.

Thanks Ed. Welcome aboard!
