Gender Identity – Klavan on the “normative”

by Skip October 14, 2014

Or better said:  Though some different gender identities are unusual, gender theorists consider them all normal, a word which the dictionary defines as “usual.”  So though to call something unusual normal would be unusual it’s not unusual among gender theorists who are abnormal. Tranformative, isn’t it? (H/T: The Revolting Truth)

by Skip October 14, 2014

Being interviewed by NPR’s Diane Rehm, former Obama DefSec and CIA head Leon Panetta had this to say about who was at fault in the Benghazi scandal (you remember, where 4 Americans were left to die on their own by then Secretary of State Clinton, President Obama (after all, the blameless stop at his desk, […]

Email Doodlings: NH GOP Chair Jennifer Horn, show me where the by-laws prevent the NH GOP from vetting candidates?

by Skip October 14, 2014

It seems that Steve’s post about the 50 RINOs for Peggy Gilmore, the Democrat running for the NH State Senate and my quick thought flashlighting RINO Susan Emerson has provoked some email traffic and I got tagged into one.  The overriding question is “Why doesn’t the NH GOP vet its candidates” followed up by “an” answer, […]

by Skip October 14, 2014

I just scratched my head watching this clip.  Seriously, if you don’t know the definition of ” socialism ” and you are deep into politics (and going to a meeting like this really means you are), there is a problem.  But this seems to be par for the course lately – an uneducated electorate supporting […]

High Point University in North Carolina did a survey in NC, CO, and NH.  Some of the questions covered issues that come up often so I synopsized some of the NH results and posted the entire pdf on the jump.  These are the NH results only for the 824 likley voters surveyed. 63% to 32% […]

I touched on this briefly last Saturday on the air with NH House candidate Josh Moore; SEIU backed NH House Republican Kathleen ‘Union Agenda’ Stroud was the ninth “man” on an eight man roster in Merrimack, NH, losing her primary challenge by a mere 24 votes. I can say I did my part in conversation […]

Environmental protesters showed up outside the office of a Wisconsin power company (Madison Gas & Electric- MG&E) to protest the offense of energy made possible by cheap and abundant resources.  They were demanding that the power company mix in more wind and solar because keeping rates that low would disincentivize customers from considering more expensive […]

Ratings at the Lean Forward network have been in decline for a while, but things have gotten worse lately.  Seems as Obama’s numbers decline so do their ratings.  It has gotten so bad I thought it time to provide a Mann-made Global warmingesque  artistic representation of their declining viewership.  You may notice the Hockeystick like […]
